Day of Mindfulness: A sense of awakening – 22nd March 2025

Opening the mind to see the true beauty within your body and connecting to the Earth and the Four Noble Truths. Assisting our practice through breathe-work and mindfulness practices. Filling our senses with the sweet smells, sounds, sights and tastes, allowing curiosity to awaken the true nature of ourselves.

Join us and step into spring with a lovely day of mindful meditation, reflections, and sharing practice.

There will be a number of different activities including guided, walking and silent meditations, gentle movement, dharma readings, mindful eating, inquiry and sharing.
