Compassion, Connection, Community
In a culture hugely digitally connected but disconnected from ourselves, we invite you to a day of mindfulness practices; connecting with yourself infused with compassion, care and gentle curiosity supported by the sangha – the community.
We hope to build and strengthen our lovely sangha to support us all in facing our difficulties and helping us to see our commonality with compassion and courage. Through connecting deeply with ourselves held in the support of the sangha we gain the ability to connect with compassion to others and live more consciously in the world.
The day is suitable for all levels, no previous experience of mindfulness or meditation is required. There will be a number of different mindfulness activities including guided meditations, silent sitting, walking, movement, sound meditations, dharma readings, tea drinking, eating, enquiry and sharing.
