Join us for a day of mindfulness “We are Nature – meditations and reflections on interbeing with all things “on Saturday 15th July at the Kingston Quaker Centre.
Interbeing is the word Thich Nhat Hanh used to share the deepest teachings of Buddhism – interdependence, non separateness and empty of intrinsic existence.
We are not separate, we are not the idea of who we think we are, nothing is, we are a dance of creation, a reflection of life, we are part of everything, everything is part of us. We are nature.
On this day we will be exploring nature, and ourselves as nature through mindfulness & guided meditations. It will be led by experienced members of the sangha and held inside and outside (weather permitting) the Kingston Quaker Centre.
The day is suitable for all levels, including no previous experience of mindfulness or meditation. There will be a number of different mindfulness activities including guided meditations, silent sitting, walking, gentle movement, dharma readings, eating, inquiry and sharing.
Join us for this lovely day on 15th July 2023 10:00-16:00.

Hold infinity in the palm of your hand and eternity in an hour.”
